I’m Redken Color Certified and also certified in extensions and Keratin Complex treatments. Cancellation Policy
•Come on time to your appointment.
If you are 15 minutes+ late to your appointment and you do not contact me, your appointment will be cancelled.
•Cancellations MUST be done 48 hours prior to your appointment.
•If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 HOURS before your appointment, or a 25% deposit may incur for any future appointments. I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. All of my appointment confirmations are sent via text or email.
•No call/no shows will only be allowed to rebook if 50% of missed service is paid before next appointment, as well as a 50% deposit for any future appointment. After a second no call/no show, no other appointments will be booked.
•If you are sick or feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. I am more than happy to accommodate you when you are feeling better.
Please note: All services are non-refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service performed, please notify me within 48 hours after your service so we can make necessary adjustments. My goal is to make sure you leave with a look you love! Thank you!
